Good value, minor hiccups

I signed up for the 14-day free trial to check out Gatsby's influencer identification tool and social mention tracking. The tool itself is powerful for finding brand advocates, and the integration with Klaviyo was decent. However, setting up the Shopify integration took a bit more back and forth with support than I expected. The value for money with the annual billing discount seems good, but they could improve the initial setup guides. Delivery, or rather, getting it working, took about a week to fully settle.
